3/4 cup prepared or homemade mayonnaise
1 tbl capers drained, chopped
2 tbl finely-chopped dill pickle
1 tbl chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
