Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	Prepared mayonnaise
1 x	Scallion, (3 inches of green left on)
2 tsp	Tiny capers, chopped
1 tbl	Flat leaf parsley, (chopped)
1 tbl	Dijon-style mustard
2 tsp	Whole-grain mustard
1 tsp	Tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp	Tabasco sauce
	Salt and freshly ground

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until time to use.

Makes 1 1/4 cups.

This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. Its similar to tartar sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
