10 slc rye bread, shredded
1/2 lb cooked corned beef
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
6 x eggs
3 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle the bread on the bottom of a greased 9-by-13 inch baking dish.

Coarsely shred the corned beef and distribute evenly over the bread. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Beat together the eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over corned beef mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, then bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until bubbly and puffed. Cut into squares and serve hot.
