Instructions: Combine rhubarb with sugar and set aside. Mix flour, sugar, oil, egg, sour milk, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the rhubarb and sugar mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Combine the last 5 ingredients and cook 3 minutes. Pour topping over cake while still warm.
