Instructions: Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand while mixing remainder of ingredients. Pour rhubarb mixture into baking pan. Spread cake batter over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done when touched lightly. Serve with sweet cream or milk.
