1 qt finely chopped onion
1 qt diced rhubarb
1/2 pt vinegar
4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cayenne
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Slowly bring to boil; simmer for 45 minutes.

Pour into hot sterilized jars, and seal. Serve with beef, pork or chicken.
