Instructions: Combine rhubarb, sugar and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil and stir. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add Jello to dissolve. Stir in 1/2 cup water. Chill until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Fold in Dream Whip. Chill.
