8 oz Flour, White
4 oz Brown Sugar
3 oz Butter
1/2 lb Rhubarb
3 oz Brown Sugar, Packed
1 pkt Ginger, Preserved In Syrup
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Chop rhubarb in 3/4 in sections, add 3ozs soft brown sugar, cook gently for few mins.

2. sift flour, rub in butter, mix in 4ozs soft brown sugar.

3. assemble in baking dish, pat crumble down well.

4. cook at 180-200 cent for 30-40 mins

5. whip cream to soft peaks, flavour with ginger pieces and syrup., serve seperately.

Serving Ideas : warm or cold
