1/4 cup Flour
2 tbl Dry mustard
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 lb Rib roast
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 x Chopped onion
2 x Chopped carrots
2 x Chopped celery stalks
1 x Bay leaf
1 cup Red wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 325. Mix flour, mustard & seasonings. Rub into roast.

Place in pan. Pour worcestershire sauce over. Surround meat with vegetables, bay leaf & pour in wine & water. Place in oven. Bake to desired doneness. Use juices to baste. Use juices to make gravy.

Serve with Yorkshire Pudding.
