Ingredients:

CRUST ----------------
1 cup Cooked rice, (about 1/3 cup)
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 x Egg, beaten
1 tbl Butter or margarine
----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1/2 lb Sausage or ground beef or mxiture
1 x Onion, diced
1/2 x Green pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Tomato paste
3 tbl Water
Oregano, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients together and place in a round baking dish or pizza pan; press the dough with a fork until 1/4" thick.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Prepare the topping: Mix tomato paste and water; set aside. Cook the meat with onion over medium heat, until meat is brown. Remove from heat; add peppers and S&P.

When crust is cool, evely spread the tomato paste mixture and sprinkle with oregano.

Spread with the meat filling; top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350F, till cheese is melted.

NOTES : Gluten-free pizza bottom.
