Instructions: Mix syrup and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add peanut butter, stir until melted; pour over cereal and mix well. Pour into buttered square pan. Pour chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on top of cereal and put under broiler. Remove instantly and spread melted chips. Cool and cut into bars.
