Instructions: Simmer meat, diced onions, garlic, green pepper, parsley, green onions and seasonings until completely brown. Drain off excess fat. Add a little water and simmer until onions and green peppers and water are cooked down
(approximately 1/2 hour or longer if necessary). You can keep adding a little water to keep ingredients from sticking until everything is cooked. Add mushroom soup and simmer until just moist enough to add rice. Mix desired amount of rice according to your taste. Serves 6 to 8. Email this Recipe:
