Instructions: Combine rice, pie filling or fruit, lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rice-fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
