Instructions: In a medium saucepan, place the marshmallows & buttermilk. Melt over low heat. Once the marshmallows are dissolved, turn the heat up to medium.
Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Using a large spoon coated with vegetable oil cooking spray, stir in the cereal, stirring until cereal is coated completely. Scoop into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan thats been coated with vegetable oil cooking spray. Press flat with the spoon. Refrigerate until cool. Cut into 2 inch squares. Variations: Use Cocoa Krispies in place of the Rice Krispies. Email this Recipe:
