Instructions: Put noodle soup into boiling water. Add rice, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add the chopped vegetables.
Fry the sausage, drain off the fat and add to the mixture. Add almonds, stir well. Place in 9 x 13 glass pan. Cover with mushroom soup and bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 12 people. Email this Recipe:
