Instructions: Place all the ingredients except the icing sugar in a cast iron saucepan and place on a very low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes.
Put the cooked rice mixture into ramekins and cover with icing sugar. Place the ramekins under the grill or use a blow torch to caramelise the sugar. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
