Instructions: In 2 quart glass casserole, combine rice vermicelli mixture and butter; heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute or until vermicelli browns. Add boiling water and envelope contents. Cover and cook 12 to 14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Rest, covered, 10 minutes.
