Instructions: Combine rice, beans and peanuts in a bowl. In a skillet, stir together oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Pour over salad and toss well. At the table, top each portion with chopped tomato, green pepper and onion.
