Instructions: Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the cumin seeds.
When they pop add the onions ginger and garlic and stir fry for a minute. Add the prawns and fry until they turn opaque. Stir in the rice and fry until it is shiny Sprinkle in all the powder spices salt and tomato ketchup and mix well. Pour in the hot water cover the pan partially and cook until the rice is dry and fluffy. Mix gently before serving with the fresh coriander on top.
