Instructions: Mix. Can use 1 egg white and eliminate meringue powder. Let stand 5 minutes. Add: 1/2 c. shortening 1 lb. powdered sugar (little at a time) If needed, more liquid can be added. Whip 5 minutes at high speed.

Note: One
egg white equals 1 tablespoon meringue powder.
