1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 lb Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Use a double boiler or place saucepan into a larger pot of boiling water. Add all ingredients, stirring very frequently until smooth (usually about 10 minutes.)

Serve warm.

This recipe yields 16 servings;

Comments: This sauce is great over vegetables - especially cauliflower and broccoli. Or add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to make a cheesy sauce for fish!
