1 bn green leaf lettuce torn
1 bn red leaf lettuce torn
1 lb carrots sliced
3 x yellow squash sliced
3 lrg tomatoes cut into wedges
2 x zucchini sliced
1 x cucumber peeled, sliced
1 pkt sliced fresh mushrooms - (8 oz)
3 x hard-cooked eggs sliced
1 can French-fried onions - (2.8 oz)
1 pkt garlic croutons - (5 1/4 oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 12 ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with Ranch dressing, and serve immediately.

This recipe yields 20 servings.
