* COTTAGE CHEESE DRESSING: 1 carton (12 oz.) large-curd cottage cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons snipped chives 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chives, bell pepper, and garlic powder and process until smooth.
