Instructions: Heat the ghee and add the semolina.
Fry until it becomes pink and fragrant. Reduce the heat and add the sugar and stir until it melts. Add the banana and mix well. Pour in the milk. Partially cover the pan and cook until the mixture is dry and the semolina is cooked. Take off the heat and add the cardamom powder and raisins. Serve warm.
