Instructions: Cut the butter into small cubes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Sieve the flour into a bowl add the butter and rub with the tips of the fingers until you have a breadcrumb like texture. Add three tablespoons of water and mix lightly to form a dough. If the dough is too dry cautiously add another spoonful of water. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and leave to rest in the fridge for at least an hour before rolling it out. Email this Recipe:
