5 lrg flour tortillas
margarine, for bottom of
skillet
----------------- FILLING ----------------
3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cup beef or chicken, shredded
chopped green chiles
chopped black olives
chopped green olives
----------------- TOPPINGS ----------------
sour cream
salsa
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat skillet over medium heat. Rub the bottom of the skillet with margarine. Place one tortilla in the pan. Top 1/2 of the tortilla with cheese, meat, and your selection of toppings. Flip the other half of the tortilla over the fillings. Cook for 2 minutes or until the underside is golden brown. Flip the quesadilla over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove. Slice into wedges. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
