Instructions: Run the crackers through a food processor or crush with a rolling pin until they are very fine. Run each chicken breast under cold water, roll in the cracker mixture, and placed in a greased 13 x 9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place a pat of butter on top of each chicken breast. Bake at 250 degrees for 2-3 hours.
