4 lb Boneless end of steak or chuck
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cup canned tomatoes
2 lrg onions, sliced
2 x sliced carrots
1/2 x clove sliced garlic
1 x sliced green pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients into a deep roasting pan. Cover tightly and bake at 350 F. until very tender, about 4 hours. Baste twice during the roasting. Serve with unstrained pan gravy. Leftovers may be sliced, placed in the gravy, and heated just to the boiling point. This amount serves 8 to 10. For future use of leftovers,
freeze the meat and gravy separately.
