960 gm Chicken wings
1 tbl Black bean sauce
1 tbl Light soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
3 x Garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 sm Fresh red or green chillies, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove the final fingertip of the wings and the arm bone (the one closest to the body). In a roasting dish, mix all the ingredients, ensuring that the chicken wings are well coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.

Arrange the wings on to the boned bases with the bone in the centre as below. Roast the chicken wings for about 30 minutes.
