Instructions: Sprinkle goose with lemon juice (omit lemon if goose has been marinated); dust with salt and pepper inside and out. Stuff with moist wild-rice stuffing, or any moist stuffing of your choice, and put on a rack into a 325 degree oven. Cook for approximately 25 minutes per pound, basting with seasoned chicken stock until done.
