4 lb	Lamb roast (or venison)
2 tbl	Flour
	Oil
2 x	Cloves garlic, minced
1 lrg	Onion, sliced
2 tbl	Brown sugar
1 tbl	Worcestershire
1 tsp	Mustard
1/4 cup	Vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: Dredge lamb with flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then turn to low for 8-10 hours.
