Instructions: Stuff cavity of each quail with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 slice of lemon. Rub salt and pepper on outside of quail. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each bird and secure with toothpick. Place birds in large skillet. Add 1 cup water, cover and bake until tender. Remove cover and broil 10 minutes or until browned.
