Instructions: Cover one with thin slices of cold roast turkey and season with salt and a little black or white pepper.

Cover with streaky bacon that is hot and crisply fried.

Slap on the second piece of buttered toast and eat immediately.

A fine and filling sandwich especially when the bacon is cooked quite crisply and the toast buttered with generosity.
