Instructions: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking pan, 13 9 2 inches, with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except carrots in a large mixing bowl and then toss with carrots to coat. Spread carrots in pan. Bake loosely covered 35 to 40 minutes, removing cover last 15 minutes of cooking time, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.
