1/2 lb Salmon fillets
3 tbl Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Season fish with vinegar and pepper. Roast 5 to 7 minutes or 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Fish is done when it is opaque and flakes when tested with a fork. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle minced herb over the top.

Yield: 4 servings
