ROAST FOR 20 MINUTES IN A 400 F. OVEN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LAY FOUR HALF SLICES OF BACON ON EACH BIRD. RETURN TO OVEN FOR 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL LEG JOINTS MOVE EASILY.
