2 tbl	Vegetable Oil
3 x	Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp	Dried Rosemary, crushed
	Nonstick Cooking Spray
4 med	Potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick
2 tbl	Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, and rosemary. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Arrange potato slices on cookie sheet, brush with garlic oil mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400F degrees for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are lightly browned and crisp.
