Instructions: Place whole garlic clove in foil. Bake in a 400 F. oven for 25 minutes until soft. Squeeze garlic paste from peel when cool. Boil potatoes for 25 minutes or until soft. Drain. Peel potatoes and return to pot.
Mash potatoes with hand held masher or with electric mixer on low. Add roasted garlic, sour cream, milk, sage, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
