Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees F. for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add halibut steaks to onion mixture; spoon onion mixture evenly over each steak. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer steaks to a serving platter; top evenly with onion mixture. 4 svg.
