Instructions: Preheat the oven to 550F degrees. In a large bowl, mix the butter, honey, and cinnamon. Add the pears and toss well. Spread the pear mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, toss them once halfway through.
In the same bowl, combine sherry, vinegar, oil, and black pepper. Add the roasted pears and stir to coat completely with vinaigrette. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving. To serve place a bed of salad green on each serving plate and top with pears. Sprinkle with walnuts, Gorgonzola, and prosciutto, drizzle with any remaining vinaigrette. Email this Recipe:
