Ingredients:

1 tbl Butter, melted
1 tbl Honey
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
4 x Firm Pears, cut in 1" pieces
2 tbl Dry Sherry
2 tbl White Wine Vinegar
1 tbl Olive Oil
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
4 oz Baby Salad Greens
1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts, toasted
1/3 cup Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 550F degrees. In a large bowl, mix the butter, honey, and cinnamon. Add the pears and toss well. Spread the pear mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, toss them once halfway through.

In the same bowl, combine sherry, vinegar, oil, and black pepper. Add the roasted pears and stir to coat completely with vinaigrette. Cover and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator 2-3 hours before serving.

To serve place a bed of salad green on each serving plate and top with pears. Sprinkle with walnuts, Gorgonzola, and prosciutto, drizzle with any remaining vinaigrette.
