Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
4 oz Butter, softened
1/4 cup Roasted red peppers (canned or roasted and peeled)
1/4 tsp Garlic, minced
2 tsp Parsley, minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until just blended. Place on a piece of parchment or wax paper. Roll into a small cylinder. Refrigerate. Cut into small slices as needed. Place on hot foods to create an instant butter sauce.

This compound butter is great served over asparagus, chicken or grilled steaks.
