Ingredients:

1 x Piccolo ciabatta loaf, cut into 8 slices and toasted
30 ml Waitrose Italian Pesto, (2tbsp)
100 gm Waitrose Roasted Peppers, (3 1/2oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Spread a little pesto on each slice of toast. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into strips and arrange on top. Drizzle a little oil from the tomatoes over the top and serve.
