Instructions: Combine water and salt in saucepan on stove. Boil until all the salt dissolves. Remove from heat. Put the pumpkin seeds into the saltwater and let soak for 12 to 24 hours. Drain the saltwater from the pumpkin seeds. Place the pumpkin seeds on a cookie sheet. Put in a oven set at 350 degrees. Stir regularly while roasting. Roast until all seeds are dry. Store in airtight container.
