2 x	Red bell peppers roast, seed, peel, and julienne
1 bn	Oregano, leaves only roughly chop
1/2 cup	Green olives pit, roughly chop
2 tbl	Olive oil
1/2 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together the red pepper strips, oregano, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and reserve.

Use as a garnish for salads.
