Instructions: Process peppers, cheeses, oregano and garlic powder in a mini food processor until smooth. Transfer to a plastic container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Yields: 1/2 cup To transport: place 2 tablespoon of spread in a small plastic container,and put sprouts in a plastic bag. Keep chilled until ready to eat. Cut bagel in half and spread pepper mixture on each half. garnish with sprouts. Put sandwich halves together. Makes: 1 sandwich. NOTE: I use a blender. Email this Recipe:
