Instructions: Bring 4 quarts water to a boil. Brown the meat and garlic in olive oil; drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese (for topping) and the pasta. Simmer while your pasta cooks, until it is just slightly tender. Drain pasta; mix with meat sauce. Top with cheese. Bake in a 3-quart pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes (uncovered).
