Instructions: Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Pour off excess fat. Put all in crockpot. Cover, cook 6 to 8 hours on low. Thicken juices with additional flour dissolved in water (small amount).
