1 head	Boston lettuce
1 x	Red onion, sliced

1/4 cup	Orange juice
3 tbl	Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup	Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbl	Rosemary, chopped
1 tbl	Dijon mustard
	Salt and pepper
	----------------- GARNISH ----------------
	Orange slices

Instructions:

Instructions: Wash and dry lettuces well. Mix all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.

Garnish with orange slices and edible flowers.
