1/2 tsp	Celery salt
1/2 tsp	Garlic salt
1/2 tsp	Ground white pepper
4 tsp	Ground dry mustard
1 tsp	Oregano
1/2 tsp	Ground red pepper
1/2 tsp	Ground cardamom

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. Use to season anything, from chili to roast chicken.

Makes 1/3 cup.
