1 x	French bread loaf sliced diagonally
	Garlic clove
1/4 cup	Olive oil
1/2 cup	Robiola cheese see * Note

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat broiler.

Grill bread on hot grill pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat, rub with the garlic clove on one side and lightly brush with olive oil. Place toasts on a foil-lined sheet pan. Top with the Robiola cheese and place under a preheated broiler until just melted, and bubbly. Remove from the oven, drizzle with truffle oil and serve immediately.
